In case our product is defective upon delivery, the following steps to be followed for a replacement.

• This item is eligible for free replacement in an unlikely event of damaged, defect or different item delivered to you.

• We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

• Time : Upon evaluation of damage and if it’s genuine, we will process the request and revert within a maximum of 10 days time.
