In case our product is defective upon delivery, the following steps to be followed for a replacement.
- This item is eligible for free replacement in an unlikely event of damaged, defect or different item delivered to you.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.
- Time: Upon confirmation of receiving the product back from you, we will process the request and revert within a maximum of 10 days time.
